Every item at TopLeather Handmade is 100% handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium imported leather, including exotic hides like crocodile and ostrich. Each piece is made to order - not mass-produced - with exceptional care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, resulting in a product that is truly one of a kind.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

For ready-made small accessories, delivery time is typically 3–5 business days.
For custom-made or larger products, please allow 7–15 business days, depending on the design.

Production time is 2–4 business days. Custom designs may require more.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer free exchanges or refunds within 7 days of delivery if the item has a manufacturing defect. We may also send a new replacement product depending on the issue.

Leather warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank transfer in advance

For high-value orders, a deposit of 30–50% is required.
