At TopLeather Handmade, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the made-to-order nature of our work, we provide a clear return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction and fairness.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept free returns, exchanges, or refunds within 7 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

There is a major manufacturing defect

The product was damaged in transit

The shipment was lost (confirmed by the carrier)
Note: If a product issue is confirmed, we may choose to send you a replacement item instead of requesting a return of the original product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping fees (if needed) are the responsibility of the customer

Custom-made items are only refundable/exchangeable if the fault is on our end

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund
5. Leather Warranty
We provide a 1-year leather warranty from the date of delivery.
This applies to defects in material or craftsmanship.
It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage (e.g., scratches, water exposure).
