At TopLeather Handmade, each item is made-to-order - thoughtfully crafted by skilled artisans using carefully selected, premium imported leather, including exotic hides such as crocodile and ostrich. Our shopping process is designed with transparency, quality, and a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship.

Production Time

Every product is handmade from scratch and not mass-produced.
Please allow 2–4 business days for production.
For custom or complex designs, production may take up to 7 business days, depending on the materials and level of detailing.

Shipping Time

For in-stock small accessories, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
For custom-made or made-to-order items, shipping may take 7–15 business days, depending on the design and destination.

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

If you place your order via our website, a tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
If you place your order via our official Facebook fanpage, your tracking number will be sent via chat on the same conversation thread.

Tracking allows you to follow your shipment status in real time.
